We are a computer consulting and support firm specializing in the Small Office / Home Office (SOHO) and Mid-Sized company market. Our specialty is to become the de-facto technical support department for organizations that don't wish to maintain their own. This may be because they're not large enough to have their own in-house department or because they simply wish to farm these services out. Our smallest client is a single person working part time from home. Our largest is a 75 million dollar organization where we support several hundred people spread across 16 states and 50+ locations. The bulk of our clients fall somewhere in between and are concentrated within a 35 mile radius of Canton, Georgia. Our specialties include Networking, Wireless Networking, PC hardware support, Web Design and Web Hosting, Software support (including Ad ware, Spy ware and Virus removal) and general IT troubleshooting. We can assist you in connecting and maintaining your own in-house network or help you link separate offices together using low cost Internet Broadband services and Cisco VPN (Virtual Private Network) hardware.
